Gardens for Wildlife - Knox and the Knox Environment Society are celebrating 20 years of partnership at Knox Fest Saturday 28th February, 10am-4pm with Garden ‘know-how’ workshops, presentations and displays

Whether you're new to gardening for wildlife or you're a seasoned gardener - this presentation will have something for you!
Join Garden Guide James to learn about the different habitat elements which attract and support local wildlife in your garden.

🌳Workshop: Plot and Plan a Garden for Wildlife
The workshop will firstly provide a "show and tell" to help with the selection of the most suitable plants for your garden. This includes identifying the indigenous plants that attract small birds, butterflies, native bees, useful insects and other wildlife.
In the second part of the workshop, you will be assisted and encouraged to draw a mud map of your future garden for wildlife, which includes plants suitable for your sized garden.
