🎉 WOW... what an incredible day! 🌭🥓🔥

A MASSIVE thank you to our amazing Exeter P&C, school community and every single volunteer who helped make the Wingecarribee District Carnival Canteen & BBQ such a huge success!

From the early morning setup, cooking hundreds of sausage sandwiches and bacon & egg rolls, serving with a smile, to the final pack-up—you were all absolute legends! 💪👏

Thanks to your hard work, teamwork and community spirit, we raised **over $3,000** for our school! 🎉🙌

We’re so lucky to be part of such a generous and supportive community. Every person who volunteered, donated their time or came along to support us helped make the day one to remember.

❤️ Friday Food Fun Needs Your Help! ❤️
Our much-loved Friday Food Fun didn’t run this week due to a shortage of volunteers.
This program is more than just a Friday treat—it’s one of our P&C’s key fundraising initiatives, helping to support important projects and opportunities for our students.
We’re looking for parents, grandparents, friends, and community members who can spare just 2 hours on a Friday to help keep this valuable program running.
✨ No special experience needed
✨ Meet other members of our school community
✨ Make a real difference for our students
Without additional volunteers, there is a risk that future Friday Food Fun sessions may need to be cancelled.
If you can help, or would like to find out more, please contact Jess at:
📧 [email protected]
Every helping hand counts. Thank you for supporting our school community! ❤️

On Sunday 17th May, the community is coming together to support Montana’s recovery, thank the first responders who were there when it mattered most, and spend the day celebrating the people who make this community so special.

There will be live music, food, kids’ activities, raffles, auctions, and plenty happening throughout the afternoon for the whole family to enjoy.

If you’d like to get involved or support the day, send an email to [email protected]

We can’t wait to see the school community there on Sunday!

Today I am feeling thankful.
We had our AGM last night and the old guard stepped down. I was honestly expecting crickets when the positions were called and nominations requested.
But what I heard was the voice of the next generation of the P&C, young, enthusiastic and ready for anything!
I am so happy that our legacy, and the legacy that so many started before us will continue, and our awesome little school will flourish.
I’d like to thank everyone who has contributed to our P&C and especially last years office bearers and volunteers.

Our new office bearers are
President - Bec
Vice President- Hayley
VP and FFF Co Ordinator- Jess
Secretary and Uniform Co Ordinator- Lucy
Treasurer - Liz

Congratulations! 🙌

Whilst Anne and I are stepping down from office we will continue to support and nurture the P&C in our last year at the school.
We also have long time member Liz who contributes valuable knowledge and experience, Liz will continue on until the end of next year.

Beautiful little Montana needs our support. Exeter is a close knit community and our school community is so special. We know everyone will rally around the family in some way. Please consider donating to Montana’s fundraiser to allow her parents to be with her during this difficult time and take the pressure off financially.
