A big thank you to Roxy and Millie for joining us at the Evans Head Parkinson’s Support Group meeting! 💙
Their inspiring presentation highlighted the importance of staying active and keeping our bodies moving. Through a series of simple exercises, they showed how movement can improve strength, balance, wellbeing, and confidence, while helping to reduce the risk of falls, support better mobility, improve mental health, and enhance overall quality of life. 🚶♀️✨
If you're looking for a gentle and supportive way to stay active, Millie will be starting a seated exercise class from 23 June at the Rec Hall, running from 10:15am to 11:00am. 🪑💪
The class focuses on balance, strength, movement, and wellbeing, and is suitable for a range of abilities, with support available for individual needs.
