Calling all 18-35 year olds who are passionate about Eurobodalla’s stunning natural environment! 🌳🐠🌞
We have an awesome opportunity for Eurobodalla Intrepid Landcare to collaborate with ANU (Australian National University) Intrepid Landcare in Narooma on the 11th + 12th April (THIS WEEKEND)! Saturday 11th April: saltmarsh planting, lunch, WILS site visit, rubbish clean-up
11am-12:30pm - meet for an 11am start along Riverside Drive in Narooma (approx. location -36.2134140, 150.1218914) where we will be planting saltmarsh species along the edge of the Wagonga Inlet
12:30pm-1:30pm - lunch provided by us
1:30pm-2pm - walk along the Wagonga Inlet Living Shoreline
2pm-3pm - rubbish clean-up through the mangroves
Sunday 12th April: w**d control, morning tea, rubbish clean-up
9am-11am - w**d control at Bill Smyth Oval (meet at the Netball/Tennis carpark)
11am-11:30am - morning tea provided by us
11:30-1pm - rubbish clean-up through the mangroves
Intrepid will be camping out at Brou Lake campground on the 11th April - if you’d like to camp with us, please book a site via the National Parks website.
