Its happening tomorrow! 100 years ago the Esk Hospital was opened and has been caring for community ever since. Come along to the Centenary Fair on the lawns outside the hospital. 10-2

The Esk Hospital Centenary Fair this Saturday is going to have things for all the family. Free face painting, Llamas, kids activities and a 'hospital themed' pin the tail on the donkey are just a start. Tag another family and we'll see you all there.

Esk Hospital is celebrating 100 years of caring for our community next Saturday. We wouldn't be able to organise this Fair if it wasn't for the many community groups that will be helping out. Thank you so much to volunteers from Esk Girl Guides, Esk CWA, Esk Men's Shed, Esk State School P&C, Esk Community Op Shop, Esk Community Healing Garden, Emergency Services, Qld Blood Bikes, Combined school band and of course Esk Hospital Auxiliary.

Since the opening of Esk Hospital the local community has always been working to raise money for the hospital. In 1938 major extensions were made to the hospital and the Esk Hospital Auxiliary had to find £900 to fit out new wards with beds and sterilizing equipment. The Esk Hospital Auxiliary continues to fundraise for equipment and furniture that are not provided through government funding. We would love to welcome new members to the auxiliary to carry on this important work.
