Hello again Facebook!!
The Eskapees Cancer Support Group page is live again, and looking forward to sharing our cancer and support group events and fundraisers!
As with many charity groups, we are reliant on the generosity of our volunteers to provide assistance to those affected by cancer in our community, and also to do the legwork as a charity organisation in planning and staffing fundraisers, events and management of the group itself... hence, the downtime of our Facebook presence.
BUT, we are very happy to say we’re back (in Pink, with a few rebels in black), and looking forward to promoting our fundraising and support service as supporters of those diagnosed or being treated for cancer in the Somerset region. We believe that support has a ripple effect, from the giver to receiver, to family and also to friends.
