Somerset - Connecting Our Community Information on this page is provided by organisations, groups and individuals who have an interest in supporting our region.

Designed to share information about services, activities, events and opportunities, this page is a one stop shop to support people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities within our beautiful Somerset Region, thus creating a strong, connected community. Posts may include information for families, seniors, youth, carers, people from our culturally and linguistically diverse communities, first nations people and LGBTIQ+ communities. Information can include items on health, education, welfare, training, mental health and wellbeing to name just a few. Stay connected and you will stay abreast of opportunities, new services and where to get assistance. We would also like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land in Somerset and pay our respects to elders past present and emerging.

Accessing support early means a stronger way forward for you and your business.
