Northside Muslim Circle Northside Muslim Circle connects Muslims in and around the northern suburbs of Melbourne. We aim to be inclusive and welcome all to our group.

We organise social gatherings, support, special events, and indoor and outdoor activities. Northside Muslim Circle is a community group to connect Muslims living in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, and beyond. We encourage you to come as you are - no matter where you are in your journey in Islam, you are welcome. We are supportive, caring, and look out for each other. Whether you have family, or are alone in this journey, you have a place to come and connect with other Muslims. Primarily, we are a social group, meeting on the 2nd & 4th Friday every month from 6:00pm. We meet at Galada Community Centre, 10A Forum Way, Epping North (Aurora shopping precinct). We encourage everyone to bring a plate of food to share with everyone, and we will have hot tea and coffee available. Our group is suitable for everyone, whether you are a family, single, man or woman - you are welcome. This group is not affiliated with any other group or organisation.

One of our dear NMC community members is organising this wonderful fundraiser alongside her husband.

If you're available, please consider coming along to support this meaningful cause. Enjoy a delicious meal at nearby Al Nafoura restaurant while supporting a great cause.

The beautifully decorated venue provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a lovely evening to share with family and friends.

AusAlert is Australia’s new national warning system.

It does not replace VicEmergency and will only be used in certain situations.

AusAlert is being tested at 2 pm on Monday 27 July.

What to expect: You’ll get an alert on your mobile device. It will vibrate and make a loud, siren-like sound that lasts about 10 seconds - even if your phone is on ‘silent’ or ‘do not disturb’.

Safety: If this test could cause you or a loved one to feel unsafe, please turn off your mobile devices or switch them to aeroplane mode before the scheduled test time. Leave them off for at least one hour.

As this is just a test, you don’t need to do anything. However, in an actual disaster you should follow the alert instructions to keep yourself and others safe.

Our annual Northside Muslim Circle Iftar at Tiba’s in Roxburgh Park last night was a beautiful evening of connection and community. It was lovely to gather once again with our regular friends while also welcoming some wonderful new faces.

Sharing iftar together during Ramadan is always special, and the warmth, laughter, and meaningful conversations around the table were a reminder of the blessings of togetherness.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so memorable.

On behalf of NMC, we warmly welcome the blessed month of Ramadan as a time of reflection, mercy, generosity, and spiritual renewal.

May this sacred month fill our hearts with peace, our homes with barakah, and our days and nights with sincere worship and beautiful moments with family, friends and community.

May Allah accept our fasting, prayers, charity, and duas, and grant us all forgiveness, guidance, and countless blessings.
