🍞 Don’t toss that stale bread just yet!

A great habit to get into is storing bread in the freezer so it stays fresh for longer and doesn't go stale or mouldy. But if your bread has gone a little stale, there are still plenty of ways to put it to good use!

✨ Make breadcrumbs for homemade crumbed chicken, fish or stuffing. Simply toast the bread until dry, then blend or crush it into crumbs.

✨ Create crunchy croutons for soups and salads. Toast the bread and cut it into cubes for an easy homemade crouton.

✨ Use it as the base for savoury muffins, like our Rainbow Frittata Muffins. (recipe on our website)

Reducing food waste is good for your wallet and the environment, and with a little creativity, stale bread can become the star ingredient in your next meal.

What's your favourite way to use up stale bread? Let us know below πŸ‘‡
