- Cost: $5/fortnight or $20/term + $10 rego fee. MOPS offers a caring, accepting atmosphere where mums have an opportunity to develop friendships, share concerns and explore a wide range of relevant subjects. The children's program c

onsists of play, music, craft, morning tea (please pack this for your child) and a Bible story. MOPS Emu Plains runs from 10am-12 on most Mondays fortnightly during the school term at the Christian Community Centre, the home of Emu Plains Community Baptist Church, 101 Great Western Highway, Emu Plains. Our entrance is via the railway station carpark at the back. The program for the mothers consists of teaching, discussion, a creative activity and refreshments with time for meaningful conversation. MOPS costs $5 a fortnight which covers crafts and refreshments, plus a yearly $20 membership fee. MOPS is a ministry of Emu Plains Community Baptist Church.

Motherhood is a beautiful journey that is filled with ups and downs. It is a time when we are constantly learning and growing as we figure out this crazy thing called parenting. Some days are easy, and everything seems to fall into place perfectly. Other days are hard, and we feel like we are just barely scraping by.⁠
No matter what kind of day it is, motherhood is always worth it. We may not always feel like we are doing a good job, but our children need us. They need our love, our time, and our attention.⁠
So even on the tough days, let us remember that motherhood is a blessing. Let us cherish both good and bad moments because they will all be over too soon. And let us never forget that our children are worth every second of our time and energy.
