ALL COMMITTEE and SUBCOMMITTEE ROLES DECLARED OPEN!

Nominations can be recieved via email to [email protected] or a link will be released in the coming days. Formal nominations will close Friday 31st July. Floor nominations will be accepted at the AGM Meeting.

The descriptions/responsibilities of the main committee roles can be found following the link in the comments. Further details of subcomittee roles will be provided in the coming days.

In order to nominate for any roles you will require:
- EJMC Membership (link in comments)
- Working with Children Blue Card (link in comments)

With EJMC coming to the final stages of track approval and being able to open for the first time since 2022 (4 LONG YEARS!!) we need our local moto enthusiasts to step up and help fill the roles that will help drive the club forward and provide a safe place for all rider abilities to enjoy all that the moto life provides.

Little update from our meeting last week.

1 - AGM is booked in for August 3 at 7pm in themayfairemerald function room (official post will be up in the next couple of weeks) mark it in your calanderā€¦

2 - ARE WE NEARLY READY TO OPEN? Well yes we are and the date we have planned to open is 29th of Augustā€¦

3 - MEMBERSHIP, yes to ride at the first open day you will be required to be a member and have a MA (Motorcycling Australia) license. There will be post with a link to become member to follow (if you need help reach out and we will be happy to help)
$40 senior, $20 juniorā€¦

4 - WORK TO BE DONE, heaps of little jobs to tidy up and finish offā€¦
Fence (running the wire, has been started and is a 3 man job with the mesh)
Track (clean the infield and rock picking) skid steer is out there just talk to Josh and he will point you in the right directionā€¦
Canteen & toilets clean up - has been done previously so isnā€™t a hard job so can be done closer to opening dayā€¦
Container clean out and organise- big job but with a few sets of hands wonā€™t take to long (if in doubt throw it out)

Last but not least a huge shout out to all that have helped to get us here, you know who you are and we canā€™t wait to see you on opening day.
