57 volunteers... One youth vigil.

We are so proud of the 57 volunteers from Eden Hills, Blackwood and Belair Scout groups, who participated in the Blackwood Youth Vigil this year.

From standing guard to helping get the youth organised. Our volunteers are working hard all night to insure the community is showing it's respect to the Anzacs.

Massive thank you to the Scouts, CFS and St John cadets who participated this year!

Support the Bleden Venturers in the fundraising for Ronald McDonald house.

“ For the past 24 years, Ronald McDonald House Charities SA has been dedicated to creating a “home away from home” for children and families who have to travel from regional South Australia for medical care. As a trusted and independent non-denominational organisation, Ronald McDonald House has deep roots in the community. We are the only organisation that provides safe, free accommodation to all regional families visiting the Women’s and Children’s Hospital.”

The house is currently looking for some items. (Please look at attached poster). There will be a donation box at the hall for any donations.

The Venturers are collecting these items and then they will drop them off at the house.
All donations will be accepted till 26th of September 2025.
Donations can be delivered to the Eden Hills Scout Hall or Blackwood Scout Hall. There are marked boxes for the donations to be placed into.
