Good morning Sporting Shooters!

It's another foggy start to the weekend, but our vigilant range officers are preparing the range for the day's activities.

We have our black powder competition on this morning and collector's meeting at 1pm. The range is open for general use while the competition is running.

We have a selection of pies in the oven, drinks in the fridge and hot water in the urn.

Head on out to Seaham and start your weekend with a bang. We'll see you on the range.

SATURDAYS -Office opens 0700 and closes 1630. Range Closes 1700. We are NOT open this Sunday

The range will be open for general use while the competitions are running.

The collectors meeting will also run at 1pm within the training shed and the main topic to be discussed will be Steyr M95 rifles, although people can also bring other items they wish to share

What a fantastic way to wrap up the championships with the presentation ceremony and recognition of our outstanding competitors.

Congratulations to everyone who competed over the event. The level of skill, sportsmanship, and dedication displayed throughout the championships was truly impressive.

A special congratulations to Allen, Robin, and Bill on their achievements. Well done on your outstanding performances!

Events like these are only possible because of the incredible volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes. A huge thank you to everyone who assisted with scoring, weigh-ins, the target crew, match directors, range officers, and those who kept everyone well-fed by cooking the BBQ. Your time, effort, and commitment are greatly appreciated.

Thank you all for helping make this championship such a successful and enjoyable event. We look forward to seeing everyone back on the range again soon!

🏆 Shooting for the 4th and final day is now complete!

Our competitors have packed up their gear and are enjoying a well-earned lunch after four fantastic days of competition.

The standard of shooting throughout the championships has been outstanding, with some truly exceptional performances on display. Congratulations to all competitors for their skill, sportsmanship, and dedication.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the event a success, both on and off the firing line.

🌅 Good morning and welcome to the 4th and final day of the 2026 NSW Rimfire & IRB Championships!

The BBQ is fired up and breakfast is being cooked, weigh-ins are underway, and the target crew is preparing to put the targets up for the last day of competition.

After three days of outstanding shooting, sportsmanship, and camaraderie, we're looking forward to one final day of great competition.

Good luck to all our competitors — shoot well and enjoy the day!

Day 3 Scores Are In!

The results for Day 4 have now been finalised and are ready for competitors to review.

A huge congratulations to everyone who took to the line today and continued to demonstrate outstanding skill, focus, and sportsmanship throughout the competition.

Get some well-earned rest tonight. We'll see you bright and early tomorrow morning for the 4th and final day of the Championships as we bring this fantastic event to a close.

🎯 Day 3 Update – IRB Championships 🎯

The first three targets of the IRB competition have now been completed, bringing another fantastic day of shooting to a close.

Conditions this morning were excellent, making for a great morning on the range and some impressive performances from our competitors.

As lunch is being prepared, competitors are packing up their gear and getting ready for tomorrow's final day of competition. Meanwhile, the last scores are being recorded and verified.

Scores will be posted as soon as all results have been finalised.

Thank you to all our competitors, volunteers, range staff, and supporters who continue to make this event such a success. We look forward to seeing everyone back on the range tomorrow!

Today we kick off the IRB event, with targets up, competitors on the line, and everything ready for another fantastic day of competition.

Breakfast has been enjoyed, the range is set, and now it's time for the shooters to put their skills to the test.

We wish all of our competitors the very best of luck today. Shoot well, enjoy the competition, and most importantly, have fun!
