Today, is St Florian’s Day, a significant day for the firefighting community. Named after the patron saint of firefighters, this day is traditionally an opportunity to come together and recognise members who have gone above and beyond in service.
While we extend our gratitude to all members for their ongoing dedication, today’s ceremony at the State Training Academy in Dubbo specifically honours those who have demonstrated exceptional bravery in protecting the community or an outstanding level of commitment to the Service.
