4wd Qld ran another successful K'gari Cleanup. This year celebrating 25 years of Qld 4 wheel clubs clearing rubbish from Fraser/K'gari
With its member clubs and sponsors of the event clearing 4.78 tonnes of rubbish from the eastern beaches.
While the dingoes get a lot of the attention there are quite a few other "locals" to look for.

A Heartfelt Message to the all Mothers
On behalf of the entire club community, we want to take a moment to celebrate and appreciate each of you—the guiding stars, tireless adventurers, and devoted caregivers who make our journeys both on and off-road so meaningful. Your strength, resilience, and unwavering love inspire us all.
Whether you’re navigating rugged trails or steering through the challenges of daily life, your contributions go beyond measure. You bring a unique spirit to our club, fostering camaraderie, laughter, and a sense of family that sets us apart. Your wisdom and warmth are the tracks that lead us forward, and for that, we are deeply grateful.
As we continue exploring new terrains, may we never forget the invaluable role you play in shaping our community and enriching our experiences. Here’s to celebrating you—not just today, but every day!

Take care everyone.

Take care everyone.

Natural disasters can take a toll, not just on our homes, but our mental health too. 🧠

West Moreton has weathered its share of challenges, and Tropical Cyclone Alfred may bring stress and uncertainty for many.

Looking after yourself and those around you is just as important as preparing your home.

It’s normal to experience a range of emotions, like fear, anxiety, sadness, or even numbness.

But if these feelings become overwhelming or don’t go away, it’s important to seek support.

Make sure you:
🗣️ Stay connected by talking to family, friends, or a trusted support network.
🚶Stick to a routine, even small daily habits can provide comfort.
😴Take breaks, breathe, and engage in activities that help you feel calm.
💙Know when to seek help.

If someone is in immediate danger call triple zero (000)

Yesterday despite all the rain we were dry in the hall at Laidley Showgrounds. Their amenities are superb cleanliness on top and the caretakers Helen and Roy are the best. Wholly recommend for camping as well as a use case f their fully functional hall for all and any of your events. Thank you for hosting us for our Xmas weekend

Bet the thousands watching are wondering how the Mt Mee trip went.
8 cars, 12 members, including 2 newbies (who loved the trip). So we travelled all day from 9am to 4pm with heaps of breaks. Traversed 3 tracks. There were a few interesting obstacles, rough roads and dust. So much fresh air, forestry, lookouts, swimming, lots of laughing and conversation. So much food. Agreed in the words of the terminator ‘i’ll be back’

No 4x4 were hurt in this production
