Did you know we're coming up to our other FAVOURITE weekend of the year in Gresford?

It's Gresford Show weekend and the show is jam packed full of family fun and amazing entertainment! They even have the team from Rooftop Express travelling all the way from Queensland to showcase a new show just ahead of their feature performances at the Sydney Royal .... see it first at Gresford, up close for the kids!!

Like the Billy Cart Derby the show is organised and run by volunteers, with all proceeds staying here locally in the community.

It's the biggest little show in the region and definitely should be on your weekend plans!!

Bernie and team go above and beyond for the event and as we all know - there's no better view of the action than from the deck at the Beatty!

We get all kinds of questions - you name it we have probably been asked it (no your baby can not ride down the track on your lap!!)!! So to help you out our website has been updated with everything you need to know to participate in the Gresford Billy Cart Derby!

Keen to get the 'inside lane' on all things Gresford Billy Cart Derby?
We're currently looking for sponsors to help us put on the best event yet!

We have packages for corporate sponsorship ranging from $500 to $5000! This helps us cover the costs of the event to ensure we keep everyone safe and have lots of fun!! It's a big exposure event with thousands of people joining us trackside on Easter Saturday - plus there's opportunities to promote your business on site with merchandise stalls and more!!

We are also always thrilled to receive goods in kind or donations towards our raffle or auction items!

Remember - every dollar raised stays right here in Gresford.

This year our major recipeint will be Gresford P&C who need to raise significant money in 2026 to support additional learning opportunities in this special small country school.

Get into the shed and start tinkering because we are rearing to race again in 2026!

Did you know in 2025 we invested more than $15,000 back into our community from proceeds of the Billy Cart Derby!

This year we want to do even more to help support our local community organisations.

Ways you can get involved:

1. Become a sponsor
2. Book a market stall
3. Build and enter a cart
4. Donate prizes for the raffle or auction
5. Come along and eat, shop an support our stall holders
