"The meaning of life is to find your gift.
The purpose of life is to give it away."
Finding your unique talent or passion is an inward journey, but it must be shared outwardly to have a true impact.

There’s something powerful about marking life’s transitions with intention.

Our Rites of Passage Programmes support young people, and their families, to move from childhood into young adulthood with connection, guidance and purpose.

Through nature, storytelling, and shared experience, we create space for growth, identity, and belonging.

Because growing up shouldn’t be left to chance.

There’s an important conversation happening right now — and it’s one we can’t ignore.

“Beyond the Manosphere” is a key focus of our upcoming Rites of Passage launch, exploring the growing influence of online narratives shaping young men today — and what we can do about it.

This powerful topic will be led by our keynote speaker, 2025 Father of the Year, Dr Arne Rubinstein OAM, bringing deep insight and decades of experience supporting boys and families.

How do we guide boys toward healthy identity, respect, and connection in a world full of conflicting messages?

Join us as we open up this vital conversation and share a more grounded, connected path forward.
