Greta-Branxton Touch Football Association The Greta Branxton Touch Football Competition was formed in 1977 by a small group of locals until the 2006-07 season.

It was then that a committee was formed and the newly named Greta Branxton Touch Football Association was born.

This is our last week for games in this competition.


MINIS AND MODS – 11th December

🏆Minis play round 10. Please stay after the game for the presentation.

🏆Mods play their Grand Final. Please stat after the game for the presentation. No friendly games are played this week.

MENS AND WOMENS – 11th and 13th December

🏆Men’s and Women’s teams play Semi finals on the 11th December.

🏆Men’s and Women’s teams play Grand Finals on the 13th December.

All men’s and women’s teams invited back to Miller Park Hotel after the final games for the presentations.

This Wednesdays BBQ there will a free sausage sandwich and drink for all mini and mods players.

Managers will have tickets to hand out to all players. Players can present their ticket to the BBQ to redeem their drink and sausage sandwich.

The lions club will be cooking extra so if there is a sibling or parent wishing to purchase a sausage sandwich or drink they are welcome to.

Given the high temperatures still predicted for 4pm this afternoon we have decided to CANCEL all MINIS games for today (Round 8 ). Our next game will be Round 9 on Wednesday, 4 December. Mods are still proceeding but please watch this page and your team managers will also let teams know of any changes.

Important dates and information for MINIS and MODS 🏉

As we move into the final weeks of the season below are a few dates etc for everyone:
• This Wednesday, 27 November will be the final round of our regular Mods games (Round 11) and Minis will play their regular Round 8 games;
• On Wednesday, 4 December Minis will play their regular Round 9 games;
• On that Wednesday (4/12) the Mods Semi Final will be played with teams 1v4 & 2v3 playing each other. All other teams will play a friendly game – 5v6, 7v8, 9v10 & 11v12 – at the normal times. Please let us know ASAP if your Mods team will not have the numbers for this friendly game. If you do have some players that will be available but not enough for a team please let us know and for those kids wanting to play we can try and join teams together. We will do our utmost to ensure any kids wanting to play can do so as it is all for fun!
• Following the Mini’s and Mods (Semi’s & friendly games) there will be a free sausage sandwich & can of drink for every Mini’s & Mods player (another reason letting us know numbers is so important!!!).
• Wednesday, 11 December will be the Mini’s final game (Round 10) and the Mod’s Grand Final Game (each winner of the Semi Final games). This will be followed by a presentation for the Mini’s with each child receiving a small medal (as Mini’s is not a competition) and the Mods Grand Final Winners medals and the Mods Awards for Best & Fairest (M/F) and Highest Point Scorer (M/F) will be handed out. We would love to see as many Mods players there as possible to cheer on the two Finals teams during their game!

As always Fixi will have the details for your rounds. Please remember to let us know re: the friendly games and we look forward to seeing everyone Wednesday (and yes it is predicted to be HOT and more will come on this Tuesday/Wednesday as exact weather conditions become more set in stone).

Team registrations close early January 2025 or when capacity is reached, whichever is first.
Senior competitions commence date TBC January 2025.

❗Important Instructions - Re-Registering a team❗

Do not use reregister on a previous Women's or Men's team, as this is a mixed competition.
If you are looking to re-register your team from last season please use this link and select "Re-Register" on your team. Each team is required to pay a $100 bond. The bond will be refundable at the end of the season pending indiscretions and duties attendance.

Once a team is registered a code will be generated for the team captain to send to the players to register themselves in the team using the same link, selecting "Join A Team" and then using the code provided by the team captain.

🎉Youths Comp Registrations Now Open for 12yo - 15yo🎉
(Participants must turn at least 13 in 2025, and not be older than 15 by 28/3/25)

Please note that due to a glitch in the system will not allows kids to register that turn 16 in 2025 after 28/3/25 - if this is you or your child please message the page.

❗Important Instructions❗
If the participant has other friends they would like to be teamed with, please request a minimum of 3 names, with 1 being first preference, 2 being second preference etc when completing the registration. Do not list other sport teams, schools etc as we do not have this information and makes the job much more difficult than it needs to be.
We will do our best to place kids with at least 1 friend preference in order listed, but due to the need to balance teams evenly with ages and sexes this cannot always be guaranteed.

All registrations need to select "Join Team" and enter this code 'cm443279dpov'
When on page 2 make sure to select "If you're registering on behalf of your child or on behalf of another person please ensure the checkbox below is ticked." Fill in all details and answer all questions.
