🏗️ Silverstone Development Update — Hamilton
Construction is progressing well across both stages

Stage 1 (330 MacArthur Ave)

Structural works are advancing across both buildings. Internal services are installed on Levels 1–4, windows are in up to Level 3, and corridor and wall works are moving along. Big milestones coming in June include the roof slab pour for Building 1 and the Level 6 slab pour for Building 2. Work has also started on the communal landscaped and pool areas, and key infrastructure (mains water and power) is now connected. ✅ On track for completion in early 2027.

Stage 2 (260 MacArthur Ave)

Basement and structural works are coming along nicely. Slab-on-ground works are targeted for completion by the end of June, and concrete pours for Building 1 and 2 are happening this month. Earthworks have been a little slower than planned due to the unusually wet start to 2026, but the project remains on track for completion in late 2027. 🌧️
