And to those holding grief, distance, or complex feelings today we hold space for you too.

Motherhood is not one experience. It is many. It is strength, softness, resilience, and love in all its forms.

This Anzac Day, Helping Hearts Survive Inc pauses to honour and remember the courage, sacrifice, and service of all who have fought for our country.

Out of respect, our doors will be closed as we take time to reflect.
Although we are closed, support is still available. If you are in an emergency, please call Triple Zero (000). For mental health support, you can contact Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636.

Our food hampers will continue to be available, and we remain committed to supporting our community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you need assistance during this time, please leave us a message on Facebook and we will respond as soon as possible throughout our closure.

Sorry to bring this post to you however last night we had some obviously desperate people stealing your incredible donations in our clothing bins that you had left.

Just for the moment please if you have anything that is valuable to you and special please bring into the shop.

For those that helped themselves to our donations please know we will support you regardless of your circumstance.
