With the theme for National Reconciliation Week 2026 (27 May – 3 June) being "All In," Reconciliation Dungog will show at the James Theatre Dungog, in the spirit of truth-telling, Warrick Thornton's latest movie, Wolfram, which stars Debra Mailman.

This event is meant to educate, stimulate discussion and serve as a call for all Australians to take action and commit to reconciliation every day, rather than treating it as a spectator sport. This campaign emphasizes that advancing rights is not solely the responsibility of First Nations people.

Get your tickets for our online webinar: The Deafening Silence – Vote No and the Status Quo

Two years following the defeat of the Voice referendum, First Nations leaders are coming together to discuss what the No vote has meant for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across Australia.

Professor Megan Davis AC, Professor Bronwyn Fredericks, Geoff Scott and Pat Anderson AO will reflect on the silence that followed and why a vote for No was, ultimately, a vote for the status quo.

Voice your thoughts on Dungog Common!

Hi community & friends
As the chair of the newly formed 'Dungog Voice' (Dungog Common Advisory Group), I am asking for help in promoting a limited time community survey.
Our group's job is to ensure that community interests are represented at the Dungog Common. So, we've created the survey below to capture what locals and other users want to see happen at the Common in the next few years.

To have your voice heard (and interests represented), please complete the survey and circulate with your networks!
CLICK TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY
or use the QR code below ...
Please share this link with your contacts / members via email or print and display the poster attached!!
Survey findings will be shared with the Dungog Community Projects (land managers of the Common) to inform their new strategic plan. For more details, please visit the website.
If you have any questions, please let me contact me via email at [email protected]
Thank you for your help in shaping the future of the Dungog Common.
Cheers
