It was a wonderful honour to be part of the Narromine Shire Council wellbeing day today. Got to speak along side some great speakers about the importance of looking after our mental health and wellbeing.
Had awesome chats too.

We were in Gilgandra today with the Gilgandra Toyota staff for a bbq and a toolbox chat. This is a very important chat to have preferably early. Because it can result in taking action and recognising pressure early, be able to have skills to manage stress, and support each other before things reach breaking point.
It's great for workplaces to learn new and healthier ways of supporting the wellbeing of their employees.

We spent some time this morning with the staff at Hitek Frame & Truss Dubbo.
