“There are so many people for whom cancer is part of their life, and I get it; you just want to move on and put it in the past or park it to the side. But check-ups are incredibly important. It can be daunting and triggering, but please be mindful of just how vital they are — and reach out for help if you need it.

In her new Netflix documentary, Minogue opens up about being diagnosed with breast cancer at age 36 in 2005, as well as a second cancer diagnosis in 2021 that she chose to keep private until now.

Minogue shared that she was diagnosed after a routine check-up and hopes her story serves as “a gentle reminder” about the importance of staying on top of screenings and follow-up care.

We appreciate her decision to speak openly about her experience and help raise awareness about the importance of early detection, routine screenings, and check-ups.

Today, on ANZAC Day, we pause to honour and remember the courage, sacrifice, and spirit of the men and women who have served our country.

We reflect on the legacy of the ANZACs , their bravery, resilience, and unwavering mate-ship, values that continue to inspire us in our communities every day.
