Message from the Traffic & Transport Team.

Update on the Dromana Shared Path Project since Council completed community consultation in November of 2025.
In October/November last year, we asked for feedback on two different path alignment options to improve access to the education precinct on White Hill Road. We received lots of great feedback, and as a result we refined the route options.
At its meeting on 1 September 2026, Council endorsed Route Option 2B (Collins Road and Nepean Highway) as the preferred alignment for the Dromana Shared Path Project.
The minutes of the Council meeting can be found at Council-Meeting-Minutes-1-September-2026_1.pdfhttps://outlook.office.com/local/path/file:///C:/Users/bourpe/AppData/Local/Temp/MicrosoftEdgeDownloads/eb07f827-50d6-4dca-a192-404b42b47d21/Council-Meeting-Minutes-1-September-2026_1.pdf
The next step is for a detailed on-site ecological assessment to be undertaken prior to seeking funding for the project's detailed design phase.
