The Draft North Coast Strategic Regional Integrated Transport Plan (SRITP) is now open for viewing and comment. Many of you submitted information to help shape this plan and now is the time to show how serious we are about transport improvements in our region.

The webpage below contains a link to the draft plan pdf and information on how to submit feedback.

Within the PDF of the plan, Waterfall way is mentioned 17 times, Dorrigo 7 times, Bellingen 20 times and Gordonville twice.

Hi Dorrigo,
We have been discussing the resealing of Hickory St with Council for some time now and can share the following updates. The resealing works were originally planned to be undertaken during the week of 11 May, with each lane being excavated and resealed in 2 days in a staged construction. The entire works would be completed in 1 week.
This date has been pushed back as Council has applied for an additional grant to install power supply in the medians of Hickory St - which, if successful, will be a great addition to the resealing works already confirmed. We estimate that this might push works back for 2-3 months as Council waits for grant announcements.
Hope this clears up some uncertainty!
