🚌👂 The Lions Hearing Bus visited Donnybrook!

Locals had the opportunity to access free hearing checks thanks to the Lions Hearing Foundation Mobile Screening Unit. A big shoutout to the volunteers from the Lions Clubs of WA who made it all possible!

🥓🇦🇺 ANZAC Day Gunfire Breakfast – What a Morning!
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Gunfire Breakfast. We served 200 bacon and egg breakfasts in just 45 minutes, and your generosity raised over $500 for the RSL. 💛

Come down this Saturday night for the 2024 Donnybrook Lions Club 'Carols By Candlelight' Plenty of fun for all. Santa will be there, the Lions Train Ride, Food by the Lions Club, Merrifield Lamb, Ice Cream & Coffee. Entertainment by our very own local Dance Schools & the Brookhampton Bells, and lots of Singing. Thank you to our major Sponsors, Lotterywest & local event company Events West who has been supporting the Carols for 20 years. 🎂✨ A Blast from the Past! ✨🎂
A local resident of Donnybrook Balingup Shire uncovered a hidden treasure in their pantry—a cake baked back in 2010! 🕰️ Despite its age, the cake was surprisingly moist when opened. With a generous splash of brandy 🍷, they’ve decided to enjoy this vintage delight this festive season.
Talk about a slice of history! Would you dare to try it? 😄
