Heartwell Australia Access. Opportunity. Equality. We are a registered NDIS Service Provider. The Heartwell Foundation was ratified as a children’s charity in 2006.

Based on Wurundjeri land in Doncaster East, Heartwell has been providing specialised physical education and rehabilitation services for over thirty years. Since 1991, Heartwell Fitness has offered fully integrated physical education, exercise prescription and rehabilitation services for thousands of children and adults living with disability or illness. We provide programs to children, young adult

s and families who, without funding support, would otherwise not have access to our specialist physical education and rehabilitation services. We rely on our local community and corporate sponsors to allow us to continue to help vulnerable Australians.
