Dimbulah Community Kindergarten & Childcare is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team! This is a perfect local role for someone seeking flexible hours.

📍 Where: 16C Raleigh Street, Dimbulah
⏰ Hours: Approx. 5 hours per week (with the possibility of further hours)
💼 Status: Casual

The Role Includes:
✅ Preparation of annual budgets & monitoring grants
✅ Bank & credit card reconciliations (including fundraisers/donations)
✅ Invoicing children's fees & managing accounts payable
✅ Payroll, superannuation, and BAS preparation
✅ Assisting the Director & Committee with audit prep

What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Reckon (or similar like Xero/MYOB)
- Strong understanding of payroll and tax obligations
- High level of confidentiality and a helpful attitude

Are you passionate about early childhood education?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Educator to join our team starting Term 2!

You’ll be assisting our Director/Lead Educator in providing a caring and fun environment for children aged 15 months to 5 years.

What we offer:

✅ 5 days a fortnight – perfect for working around school hours!

What you’ll need:
✅ A current Blue Card
✅ Cert III in Early Childhood Education (or a willingness to obtain one!)
