LAST CHANCE to come and see the Heritage Week Guiding display this SATURDAY 10.30am-3.30pm at Sth Canberra Guide Hall, 44 Flinders Way Griffith.

Did you know Guiding has been going in Canberra since 1927! Come and see our Guiding history - badges, camp blankets, uniforms, old photos, log books and a whole lot of other interesting Guiding things to look at.

If you come to visit the display it will help YOU with Guide badges, JBP, BP, QG, Explore a Challenge, and world guiding history.

Vale Beryl Blaseotto. Our much loved and long standing Brown owl of Black Mountain Girl Guides has gone home to the great campsite beyond. Her love and dedication live on through the many lives she impacted. We appreciate all her time, efforts and love poured into the units, families and girls in our community. Rest well and fly high our beloved Brown Owl.

This week at guides was an amazing talent show with unicycles, shoe tying, flute and penny flute playing, lots of dancing (including teaching donkeys to dance), gymnastics, balloon animals , violin , comedy and recital of Shakespeare.
