At the recent Tasmanian Lions Convention held in Port Sorell our wonderful Kentish Lions Club was awarded the 2024/25 Tasmanian Top Club Award. The magnificent plaque was presented to that years President Chris Hearle at this evenings dinner meeting. Our club continues to serve Kentish with great pride, and we would encourage anyone reading this to consider becoming a Lion, because the value of giving back to a community is honour indeed.

At this evenings dinner meeting, Kentish Lions welcomed three new members to our club. Lion Wiliam (Bill) Cook, Lion Robyn Cook, and Lion Claire Gaby. Former members of Flinders Island Lions Club, we welcome them whole heartedly to our region. This brings our membership to 33 people. Kentish Lions continue to serve our Municipality- have you considered joining our club? The rewards for giving to a community are indeed satifying.
