Another enjoyable monthly club luncheon, this time at Van Diemens Ice Creamery, Elizabeth Town, for 21 members. Blue skies and sunshine made the 40 minute drive in 15degree weather most enjoyable. Thank you to those drivers who volunteered to car pool! PS - there aren't many calories in icecream are there Chloris and Sandra - It's counted as dairy food!

Our annual fashion parade attracted over 90 patrons - almost a full complement from our own members, many guests from neighbouring Probus clubs and also independent friends and guests, all warmly welcomed by our President Lorraine. The parade, organised and introduced by member Jan Roberts, was followed by refreshing wines and juice, individual lunches and tea and coffee to follow.
Fashions by Small Change Fashions in Ulverstone owned by and generously provided by Sharon Brookes.
Music by Marlene, photos taken by Judi, sprays of orchids on each table provided by Debra. Models were Annette, Debra, Julie, Jenny, Jill, Rona and Sandra.

Our next meeting will be held on Monday October 6th at 10 am at the Devonport Soccer Club rooms. The general meeting will be followed by the Club's annual Fashion Parade at 11.30, which is open to the public.
RSVP's and payment for the lunch must be made by Sept 12th. The cost of $25 includes a boxed luncheon, glass of wine or soft drink plus tea and coffee.
Fashions by Small Change in Ulverstone. All welcome to this enjoyable event.
