Gday all you boaties now that we will start to get some nice days to go out for a fish and your boat has been sitting idle for the last few months it is time. To check your equipment on board your boat to make sure it is in date and working well before you even launch your vessel. If your boat has been sitting idle for a while may be get some F10 and put in your fuel as we all no that fuel goes off after sitting for awhile.

So that’s about it for know so safe boating and look out for each other while at sea.

Hi all you boaties the month is nearly ended with the weather being not very nice to get out for a fish.
Was nice for us at sea rescue only having two tow ins for the month. So hopefully the next month will be much the same.
So while the weather is against us for a fish go through your boat.Check that you’re boat safety gear is in good condition and in date check that your anchor rope is in good condition.
Test your epirb to see if it is ready to be activated hopefully you won’t have to but better to be safe than sorry. Stay safe while out there in the water

Well 2025 has been a very buisy year for us at MR Shark Bay. As 2026 is here we had a call from our local Police telling us there is a boat broken down not far of egg island so we got a crew together and deployed MR Skip Jack for her first run in 2026 we got to the vessel that is broken down not a good start to a young fella. For 2026 we returned back to Shark Bay safe and sound. So to all you boaties out there at home or on the water Happy New Year stay safe check all your safety gear is in good condition and in date
