I know what it’s like.....

On first impression, I may look like a normal mum who loves fitness..... Well let me tell you! I’ve been to Morbid obesity and back! I KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE to feel helpless, to cry in front of the mirror, to never want to shop for clothes because nothing fit, to “start fresh Monday” and fall off the wagon a few days later FOR YEARS!

I KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE to be so insecure about starting a new diet in fear of failing, to sign up to ANY gym or fitness centre because I was too embarrassed of myself. I KNOW, I REMEMBER.

I want to help all of those women who are like me, the ones who need that little nudge to take the first steps. Because after those few steps, it will be so addictive and you wont want to stop. TRUST ME, I KNOW.

I also want to help mums, I know its hard to get out of the house, I remember being sooo insecure to join a ‘mothers group’ so I simply didn't. I spent the most part of 5 years alone with 2 small kids eating my life away. If only I had somewhere to bring my kids in a non-judging environment where I could exercise and meet other mums it may have been different.
