What a great turn out for today’s How to Let Go workshop. Most of us feel that it’s hard to let go of the people we’ve lost, objects we’ve desired and even situations we’ve tried to control. Kelsang Dana led meditations and teachings to relax our mind and help us feel peaceful and positive. When we show compassion and love, we can strengthen our mind and move on with deep inner peace. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended and the volunteers who helped make the workshop a success.
