We are still hard at work in Kenya!
Look at the before and after of this new toilet block at Tabaka Academy. The toilet block is now in a structurally sound building, meaning more hygienic facilities (meaning less illness), and better privacy for students.

Why is there a random video of chickens on your feed? There's a good reason! 🐔🐤🐣

Our director at Safehaven Children's Home has been able to establish a chicken farm for the school, thanks to a generous donor!

What does this mean?
🐓 200 chickens with some c***s to provide fertilized eggs to keep the incubator busy – some chicks will be sold off at a month old, and some will be retained.
🐓 to have a population of laying hens to provide unfertilized eggs, some of which he will be used in the orphanage and the rest will be sold.

The intention is to create a sustainable cycle of eggs – chicks-chickens – for food for students and for sale.
