LOOK! Free sawdust and woodshavings from the men's shed.
We have a few bin loads of clean radiata pine and hardwood sawdust from our machining to give away. NO TREATED PINE.
All good and clean for use in garden beds, animal enclosures etc.

Also a large bag of clean wood shavings.

All Free to a good home - bring your own container or bags.
Also, if you'd like to collect sawdust through the year - leave your name & phone no at the Shed and we'll hold it for you!

Call in to the Daylesford Men's Shed at Victoria Park, near the footy pavilion. Open Monday and Thurs mornings from 9.30am.

The wait is finally over!
We now have our front verandah installed and completed. No more looking at used ice cream containers over the post shoes!
Thanks to Hepburn Shire Council for grant funding for the concrete slab and to Aust Men's Shed Assoc for the funding for the galvanised steel structure with handrails and laserlight clear roofing. THANKS to Bruce, Bob, David, Jonathon, James, Colin and Andrew.
All set to provide a safe dry area for everyone and especially for our guys dropped off by Grampians Health Service.

We held our end of year Christmas party at the Vic Park Pavilion on Thursday evening with around 36 members and partners enjoying a 2-course meal and music from the DMS band. Wonderful catch ups in beautiful surrounds, thanks to Bruce's Xmas table decorations!

All the hard work has finally paid off!
DMS members along with Victor and Danny from Daylesford Rotary, installed the Xmas trees in Vincent, Albert and Howe streets on Thursday morning.
There's also 1 very special tree outside Baker's Delight.

A BIG THANK YOU to the team from Hepburn Shire Council for loading and delivering them from Vic Park!

Have a look over the little wombats on the trees, decorated by local students and the fabulous larger wombats in the shop fronts. The larger wombats are painted by local artists in their own individual style and are available for purchase.

On Tuesday, Shed President, James Henderson set up an info stall at this year's Positive Ageing Expo at the new Mechanic's Institute in Trentham. James showed visitors a presentation of our photos and assisted with enquiries for membership and donations. He also dropped over to chat with the guys from the Cool Country Trentham Shed stall.
