Loss of goods approx lost $8000 to $10,000
Require $8000 each month to run as bottom line. .
Fundraising - So excited. We have funds for February. Thank you community & beyong.
BBQ gross profits. $945.19 minus outgoings equals $616.81
NB: purchase of too many sausages for the hot day. Leftovers went to several families & vols on day. Had to purchase items as our kit is in shop. $616.81 including things like sauces, bbq items, gloves, sun screen, food safety, containers, thermometers etc etc
All set for next one. None organised as yet. Did purchase extra bread, rolls & sausages on top of donated one's.

We are asking for letters of support for grant applications from community organisations. If you haven't already there is still plenty of time for further ones. We are askings for donations from businesses for a Raffle. All tax deductible. Only in inception form as we have to 1. Apply for permit wethinks as wish for a longer raffle time under Raffles Act. And 2. Figure out how to do an online raffle. Lol Thank you already to those who sent Letters of support & raffle donation.
Few issues. Eftpos did not work intermittently then stopped so lost approx $80 in sausages due to sausages given prior to payment.probably much more & had to turn away 17 customers in total. Positive was we referred them to another local delicious sausage van. Sharing the love. We donated sauces, utensils, bbq equipment to Rotary for their kindness of loaning their bbq trailer & may well again.
Special shout out to the honesty and integrity of these three people who transfered the sausage costs to our bank after event for their sausages. Kirra Quigley & Clan, Supathit Nuthong, Daniel Cheng for their fab manners, honesty & integrity.
$2756.75 in rent about to come out of account. Current balance $7288.57 in our bank. We have paid hazard clean, pest control etc Monthly overheads are approx $8000.
Will be offline for a few days hopefully to rest. We are very tired volunteers. Lol well apart from grant writing.
