What a fantastic day!

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, presented, exhibited, sponsored, volunteered and supported Dairy Innovation Day 2026.

From the insightful presentations and thought-provoking discussions to the technology demonstrations, exhibitor displays and networking opportunities, the day showcased the innovation, resilience and collaboration that make our dairy industry so strong.

Events like this are only possible because of the willingness of people across the industry to share their knowledge, experiences and ideas. It was wonderful to see so many producers, industry representatives, researchers and service providers coming together to learn from one another and explore the future of dairy farming.

This is the final opportunity for levy payers and stakeholders to have their say on the Principles Guiding the Review of the Grassfed Cattle Transaction Levy.

The review is considering key issues including levy investment, future funding arrangements and industry representation.

A clear business plan supported Western Australian dairy farmers Rachel and Jason Van Nierop as they returned their Burekup property to dairying after nearly two decades running beef cattle.

Through the Our Farm Our Plan program, the couple reviewed how the business was performing, identified nutrition and pasture management as key focus areas and made practical changes for their growing herd.
