Get behind this great event launching the Hottest 7s In The World / NT Rugby Union with Amy Hetherongtpn and Eric Rush Australia Day weekend.

Before the first whistle blows for our senior divisions join us for an exclusive evening event to launch the Hottest 7s in the World competition.

Held at The Darwin Airport Resort this event brings together rugby, storytelling and connection — the perfect way to set the tone for a massive weekend of sevens.

We’re pleased to welcome special guest, Eric Rush — former All Black, Sevens legend and one of the most influential figures in the history of rugby sevens.

From captaining New Zealand to multiple World Sevens Series titles to unforgettable stories from the game’s golden era. We are sure Eric will tell us a few stories filled with humour and pure rugby gold.

The night will be hosted by local comedian and legend Amy Hetherington, guaranteeing laughs, sharp wit and a great flow to the evening.

🎟 Tickets: $200 per person
⏰ Start Time: 6pm
👔 Dress Code: Territory Formal 🌴

We’re excited to see the Hottest 7s In The World competition moving back to Australia Day weekend again this year.

Aimed about both juniors and seniors there is nothing we love more than a weekend of rugby held right here on top end soil.

It amongst it Australia Day weekend and head down to Skyring Park and support all the amazing teams. Registrations close Friday 9th January (tomorrow)

Congratulations to everyone involved in the All Nations Rugby NT. What an amazing experience for all of these young players. To travel to Queensland and compete against so many teams and walk away with their heads held high ready for the next chapter.

All Nations Rugby NT are on the ground in Queensland and looking strong as they prepare to battle it out at the Pacific Youth Rugby Festival over the weekend.

Friends of Rugby is proud to support these young athletes as they represent the NT, gain experience against teams from all over Australia and make connections within the rugby community that will grow and strengthen our community for many years to come.
