Congratulations to the Advance Civil Engineering Pty Ltd team on winning the $10 Million to $30 Million category at the CCF National Earth Awards Final that was held in Canberra on Friday night. Their Frances Bay Mooring Basin Lock Upgrade - Design and Construct Project was judged the best in Australia in the $10 Million to $30 Million category.
This is a fantastic result for not only Advance Civil Engineering, but the broader civil construction industry in the Territory. To win against fantastic projects from every State and Territory is something to be very proud of. Great job team.

Last Thursday, the Civil Contractors Federation NT Ltd hosted our AGM at Development house, Darwin. Tom Harris the CCF NT CEO, updated members on CCF NT’s financial position and activities during the year. After the meeting guests enjoyed a good catch up at the Hilton Darwin. Thank you to those members who took time out from their busy schedules to attend the AGM.

Last week, CCF NT CEO Tom Harris participated in AKJ Services’s Trade Day. There was a large number of school students in attendance from the Stars and Clontarf Foundations as well as other schools from the Palmerston and Rural areas. There were also approximately 20 industry suppliers / stakeholders at the event. It was great to connect with the both the Chief Minister, Lia Finocchiaro and Member for Blain, Matthew Kerle and have a valuable discussion around the current rollout of the NT’s infrastructure program.
Congratulations to the whole AKJ team on delivering a fantastic industry showcase for our next generation of Territorians.
