We’re kicking off our 40th year with a bang! 💃🕺

For 40 years, DAD has been breaking through barriers, championing independence, and standing alongside disabled people and carers in Darlington. Tomorrow marks the start of a year of celebration, community, and looking back at everything we’ve achieved together.

Our Danceathon is the first big moment of our anniversary year — full of music, movement and fun. We can’t wait to share the energy, the smiles and the highlights with you.

Calling ALL REIKI PRACTITIONERS!

Sunday 7th June we are running our 3rd community call reiki share via zoom!

This is a free event to join, for practitioners to come together. Share their journeys, send healing, practice reiki & theories and much more!

If you have started your reiki journey or haven’t got a support structure or just want to meet more like minded souls. Then this is for you!

Join us on Tuesday 12th May 11am-1pm here at Darlington Connect for our Mental Health & Wellbeing Event.
There will be a range of organisations here for you to chat to whilst you enjoy some light refreshments. You will also be able to get creative with some Arts & Crafts.
This event is completley FREE and there is no booking needed.
