Huge Congratulations!

We are excited to announce that during the WALGA Local Government Awards on Friday 12 June 2026, the Shire of Dalwallinu was acknowledged for taking a holistic approach to the planning and delivery of local road safety activities by receiving a 5 ribbon status. Congrats to Marc Bennett!

Ladies Day Kicks Goals for Women’s

The DFHNC hosted a beautiful and successful Ladies Day on Sunday, 17th May, with around 80 ladies coming together for a relaxed afternoon of socialising, laughter, and football.
The event was held during the Dalwallinu v Goomalling game and created a wonderful atmosphere both on and off the field. Guests enjoyed a lovely afternoon catching up with friends, sharing stories, and supporting a very meaningful cause.

Join Dalwallinu CRC and the Dalwallinu Creative Arts Group for a friendly morning tea on Thursday, 25 June 2026 at 10:00 AM at the carpark of the Creative Arts Building.

Enjoy coffee, craft, conversation, and connection, featuring the Central Regional TAFE Food & Barista Training Trailer, plus information from Staying in Place, Jobs and Skills Centre Moora, and a casual chat with Dalwallinu Police.

Dalwallinu Hospital residents and CHSP clients are warmly welcome.

The Central Regional TAFE Food and Barista Training Trailer will be at the Creative Arts Building carpark on Thursday, 25 June 2026 from 10:00 AM as part of our Coffee, Conversations & Community morning tea.

Come along, enjoy a cuppa, and learn more about TAFE courses, skill sets, barista training, and hospitality opportunities.

Local food businesses are encouraged to send their staff to gain first-hand barista coffee experience and learn more about training pathways.
