‘Best of British’ Concert
Sunday 17 May 2026

Our May concert was a wonderfully attended event, with an afternoon of British tunes and a sumptuous afternoon tea enjoyed by all!

CCB would like to thank Hilary Silbert, Jan Kaye and Rosemary Tompkinson for their management and organisation of the afternoon tea.

CCB would also like to thank Sandra Brewer MLA, Jonathan Huston MLA and Kate Chaney MP for their generous donations to the raffle.

Our CCB Clarinet Ensemble performed at the Showgrounds Community Men’s Shed for their member’s social function on Sunday 3rd May.

We performed arrangements by Joplin, Henry Mancini and The Beatles, as well as some classical favourites. We would like to thank the Men’s Shed for this opportunity, as well as their members and family for being an appreciative audience.

We thoroughly enjoyed performing for this amazing community organisation.

ANZAC Day 2026

We were honoured to perform at the Town of Claremont ANZAC Day Ceremony to remember and honour the courage, service and sacrifices of our service men and women.

Our Concert Band and Wind Quintet performed hymns, rousing marches and a medley of wartime favourites to commemorate the day.

Thank you to our musicians, audience members and the local community for supporting the Claremont Concert Band for this important occasion.

ANZAC Day 2026

‘At the going down of the sun and in the morning, We will remember them’.

‘Lest we forget’

Join the Claremont Concert Band as we commemorate ANZAC Day at the Town of Claremont’s service:

Saturday 25 April 2026, 7am - 9.30am, Claremont Park

The event will begin with the CCB Wind Quintet on stage, followed by the Claremont ANZAC service. From 8.15am to 9.30am the band will perform a variety of wartime classics and marches in the park.

The Claremont RSL sub-branch, with support from the Town of Claremont, will hold its annual Anzac Day ceremony in Claremont Park on Saturday 25 April.

Recently, our smaller, mixed ensembles have been bringing Christmas cheer to Bunnings Warehouse Australia (Claremont) and Fiona Stanley Hospital 🎶🎄
