The best part of Fun Squad isn’t the big activities — it’s the tiny moments.
A kid helping a younger one tie their shoe.
A group inventing a game that makes zero sense but they’re all obsessed with it.
Someone proudly showing us a drawing like it belongs in a museum.
These are the moments that make our afternoons feel special.

If you walk into the PCYC Dalby gym at the right time, you’ll see it —
someone smashing PBs, someone else laughing between sets, a mate spotting a mate, and that one person who’s definitely here for the vibes and the air‑con.
It’s not fancy.
It’s not intimidating.
It’s just real people trying their best, cheering each other on, and making the gym feel like a second home.

🎓Our learning focuses
What your child's developmental focuses will be this month at Little n Active!

Weeks 1 & 2
Balance & Stability
• Balance on one foot for 4-6 seconds.
• Walk forward and backward on a beam.
• Side-step and maintain balance in motion.

Activities like walking the plank and holding strong shapes help children develop control and stability.

Cognitive/Executive Function Through Movement
• Follow multi-step sequences.
• Solve movement problems (e.g., how to get through an obstacle).
• Adapt movements to rules or signals.
Children will follow instructions, remember sequences, make decisions and solve simple problems, all through movement and play.

If you’ve ever wanted a space where your toddler can burn energy, make friends, and climb on things that aren’t your furniture…

Little n Active is basically that safe zone.

We cheer. We clap. We celebrate the wobbly balance beams like they’re Olympic moments.

It’s community, not perfection.

Stronger handstands, cleaner cartwheels, braver beam work — the progress is unreal.
