Cooloola Rhee Taekwon-do is holding a FREE Kids Taekwondo class in Curra for kids aged 6 - 15 yrs old.

No experience needed. EVERYONE welcome.

Kids can join in free, have some fun and learn some real-life self defence skills.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Curra Community Hall will be held at the hall on Sunday 12th July commencing at 10am.

Hear what has been happening at the Hall during the past year and what is planned for the future. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and offer suggestions about the activities and operation of the hall. It is a chance for you to have your say and to become involved if you have the inclination and the time to do so.

With many younger families moving into Curra, we want to be relevant to them as well as the retirees who have settled here. We cannot do this without your input and assistance.

Renewal of Membership for 2026-2027 is due on 1st July 2026. To be eligible to vote, membership must be current, so please renew your membership prior to the A.G.M. The cost is $15 per adult, or $25 per couple or family. Membership forms are available at the hall and membership can be renewed prior to the start of the AGM.

There are vacancies on our committee and a Nomination Form and explanatory criteria is included with this invitation. If you wish to nominate to become a member of the Executive Committee, please complete the form and email it to us at [email protected], at least 14 days prior to the AGM.

PLEASE COME ALONG, LEND YOUR VOICE AND YOUR SUPPORT TO THIS WONDERFUL FACILITY IN CURRA. LIGHT REFRESHMENTS WILL BE SERVED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE MEETING.
