She is a woman of many talents who is full of humility & naturally gifted with a mic, & we thank her SO very much for returning to our ring again this year. Emma Irene was our ring announcer for the first time last year, & we so look forward to her joining us again, a little about Emma & her journey follows below.
Emma Irene is a show announcer, singer, and presenter, who is privileged to commentate at agricultural and Royal shows across Australia, including Sydney Royal Easter Show, Royal Adelaide Show, Canberra Royal, Toowoomba Royal, and Hobart Royal.
Emma commentates at a number of local shows, as well as horse events and agricultural conferences and events across the country. As a singer and performer on horseback, Emma has been fortunate to perform with the Rooftop Express Show at Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney Royal Shows, and has also been a lead performer at the Australian Outback Spectacular since 2019.
Having grown up spending most weekends just down the road from Crows Nest at her grandparents’ beef cattle property, Emma is passionate about the beef industry and is thrilled to be returning to the cattle ring microphone. She wishes all exhibitors, volunteers, sponsors, and our judge, the very best for a great weekend of competition!
