One More Night

On Saturday the 4th of March, 2023 we came together for event “ One More Night” in honour of our beautiful Tania.

The night was hugely successful raising $90,951.60 to support for the Victorian Brain Bank (VBB) to aid vital research into MSA.

Thank you to all those who attended, donated and/or contributed.

We hope that the funds raised improves the understanding of this disease and early diagnose for further patients and their families.

On May the 4th, event “One More Night” in honour of Tania took place to raise awareness and vital funds for Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) research .

Healthy Living on 2GB hosted by Dr Ross Walker (Cardiologist) every Sunday has informative discussion on pressing health issues. He recently interviewed Professor Catriona McLean (Neuropathologist, Head of Anatomical Pathology at the Alfred and Director of the Victorian Brain Bank ) on MSA.

Tania Barrot sadly lost her battle to Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) in 2021. MSA is caused by a gradual loss and shrinkage of brain cells. The picture behind us is what MSA looks like under a microscope.

One More Night is designed for us to come together in memory of Tania and raise vital funds for MSA research .

We received news today that an anonymous philanthropic source will match every donation up to the value of $80,000. So, if you make a $100 donation it will be matched, bringing the total to $200.
