At CNTRL & Co, we know firsthand the impact early childhood educators have. From my own years working in the sector to sending my children into their care, I’ve seen how strong attachments are built and how educators often become like extended family — the stand-in aunties and steady supports when loved ones aren’t nearby. On Early Childhood Educators’ Day, we acknowledge and celebrate the vital role they play in creating the village every child deserves. 🌿

The holiday season is not a happy time for many people & can bring many challenges, like stress, grief, loneliness, financial worries ,complicated relationships, and the pressure & expectations we put on ourselves.
It can be a catalyst for triggering trauma & PTSD.
Recognising that the holidays can be tough is an important first step in supporting a loved one who may be struggling during this time- or getting help
yourself.
Reminding people that they are not alone & offering practical support (meals, cleaning, babysitting) and really listening can make the world of difference & help lighten the load 💕
For this reason we don’t wrap up over the holiday period- if you are needing extra support please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Lifeline is also a great resource if vou want to speak to someone.
You can reach Lifeline via their phone service on
13 11 14 or online text service 0477 13 11 14
