Our very first, Men In Flight retreat captured in these couple of frames. We invited people from all walks of life to be with us and allow us to host a pilot retreat.

It was a great few days, but it was also clunky and not to the standard we accepted. So we got to work to improve it, and thankfully that mindset has travelled with us now for 10-years
