To honour the historical "Donut Lassies" of the Salvation Army who served donuts to soldiers during World War I.

Robyn McIntyre was our guest speaker this week and gave a fascinating insight into her teaching and volunteering work in Cambodia and some of the amazing outcomes - demonstrating that one person's actions can make a difference to the lives of others.
The talk reminded us that we are truly lucky to be living in Australia and that giving back whether close to home or further afield is rewarding for everyone.
